1. Introduction 

Our research focuses on animal virus spectrum, the etiology of PEDV and the mechanism of the interactive game between the virus and the host. ① Depicted the virus spectrum of  animal species, and found novel viruses; ② the molecular mechanisms of host antiviral proteins inhibiting the proliferation of virus; ③ the new mechanism of virus antagonizing host. In the past five years, I have published 40 SCI papers in Microbiome (1), Autophagy (3), Journal of Virology (7), Journal of Biological Chemistry (2). Headed the national key research and development program, the youth science and technology award of the Chinese academy of agriculture, and the vice president of the national innovation alliance for wildlife biosafety control.
