(1)Responsible for drafting and formulating personnel systems and talent planning.

(2)Responsible for adjusting and implementing institutional settings, staffing, and job positions.

(3)Responsible for the appointment, assessment and ouster of cadres.

(4)Responsible for staff evaluation, year-end assessment, rewards and punishments, and promotion.

(5)Responsible for staff recruitment, hiring and resignation.

(6)Responsible for staff salary management, and other social security work.

(7)Responsible for talent project applications, talent promotion, talent statistics, and other related work.

(8)Responsible for the archiving, organization, and management of cadre personnel files and document files within the Personnel Department.

(9)Responsible for oversea trip review, and other related work.

(10)Other tasks assigned by the leadership team.
