（1）Science and Technology Achievement Transformation Management
1. Responsible for formulating development plans for the transformation of scientific research achievements and formulating relevant rules and regulations for the transformation of achievements throughout the institute.
2. Responsible for the daily management of achievement transformation projects, including organizing project initiation, implementation, inspection, and summarizing the entire process management work.
3. Organizational achievement evaluation, organizational achievement transformation (negotiation and bidding, etc.), achievement release, contract signing, achievement reporting, and collection of achievement transfer fees.
4. Responsible for the review, appraisal, archiving, awarding, publicity, statistics, and patent application work of the scientific research transformation achievements of the entire institute.
5. Assist in undertaking the achievement transformation related work assigned by the Science and Technology Achievement Transformation Bureau of the institute and the Shanghai Municipal Government.
（2）Material Purchasing Platform Management
Responsible for the daily supervision and management of SHVRI enterprise, as well as the supervision of its financial and major activities; responsible for submitting matters related to the "three major and one cretical" decision-making scope to relevant meetings; revise and formulate regulatory systems based on different situation and work needs.
（3）Experimental Animals and Testing Diagnostic Service Platform Management
1. Responsible for the daily operation of the diagnostic center, external audit coordination, and external testing tasks.
2. Responsible for establishing and managing GLP, GCP, CNAS and CMA certification systems.
3. Responsible for the construction and management of large-scale instrument and equipment sharing platforms.
4. Responsible for the management of the useage of experimental animal facilities, and the supervision and inspection of biosafety.
