1. Introduction

Jiang Yifeng, Ph.D., researcher, doctoral supervisor, Director of the Research Management Office at the Shanghai Veterinary Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. A member of the National Expert Committee on Biosafety Evaluation of Human Infectious Pathogenic Microorganism Laboratories, a biosafety reviewer for CNAS laboratories, a director of the Chinese Society of Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine, and Secretary-General of the Veterinary Public Health Branch. His main research areas include animal virology and the development of genetic engineering vaccines, and has long been engaged in clinical epidemic prevention and control and the demonstration of technological integration. He has led and participated in 5 national-level projects and topics, including the National Natural Science Foundation, National Key Research and Development Program, National Basic Research Program (973 Program), and Public Welfare Industry (Agriculture) Research Special Project. He has published over 20 SCI papers in journals such as "Vaccine" "Veterinary Microbiology" and "Viruses"; obtained 3 certificates in agricultural genetically modified organism safety, 2 clinical drug approval documents, and over 10 patents; supervised the training of 3 master's students (including joint supervision).
