1. Introduction
An associate researcher and master's supervisor, currently serves as a key member in the research team of the animal-derived food safety. Her research has a strong focus on the biological safety assessment of foodborne and external tick-borne pathogens, miRNA regulation, and other cutting-edge topics. Throughout her career, Dr. Gong has led over 7 projects, including subprojects funded by the National Key Research and Development Program of China, the Scientific Research Start-up Fund for Returned Overseas Chinese Scholars and grants from the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science, etc. She has mentored and co-mentored 4 master's students, whose research has been widely published in both domestic and foreign journals, including 75 SCI papers (totally 110 papers). Additionally, she has co-authored and published 3 monographs, obtained 5 patents and 1 standard.
