1. Introduction

Wu Tong, Ph.D., Associate Researcher, Master's Supervisor, Research Backbone of the Porcine Viral Reproductive Disorder Prevention and Control Technology Research Team, National Judge of the National Agricultural Industry Vocational Skills Competition (Animal Disease Prevention and Control Officer), has been awarded honors such as Shanghai Municipal Government Youth Position Expert, Minhang District Employee Science and Technology Innovation Talent, and Shanghai Zizhu National High tech Industrial Development Zone Top Ten Outstanding Youth.

Engaged in long-term research on vaccines and vector vaccines for pseudorabies virus, African swine fever virus, etc. Obtained one new veterinary drug registration certificate from the People's Republic of China; Obtained 5 clinical trial approvals for new veterinary drugs; Obtained 4 agricultural genetically modified safety certificates; Completed the transformation of technological achievements in 5 vaccines and related technologies, with a total transfer contract funding exceeding 100 million yuan. Hosted 11 national, provincial, and horizontal research projects, with a total contract funding of approximately 10 million yuan. Train (including joint training) one master's student. Published 145 papers both domestically and internationally, including 73 SCI papers and 14 patents, in Journal of Biological Chemistry, Antiviral Research, Veterinary Microbiology, Research in Veterinary Science, and Chinese Journal of Animal Infectious Diseases.
