一、Introduction

Teng Qiaoyang, Ph.D, associate professor, supervisor for master' s students. Her research focuses on the pathogenic mechanisms of avian influenza viruses and the development of avian viral vaccines. She has been successful in securing funding for her research, including a National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) Youth Project, a Shanghai Natural Science Foundation project, and a key scientific and technological project from the Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission. Additionally, she has received funding from central-level public welfare scientific research institutions and the Shanghai Talent Development Fund. As a sub-project leader, she has also obtained two projects from national key research and development programs and other national or provincial-level research projects.

Dr. Teng has made significant contributions to her field, with 40 papers published in domestic and international journals such as "J Virol," "Vet Microbiol," "PLoS One," and "J Virol Methods." Among these publications, she has served as the corresponding author or first author for 9 SCI papers. She has also written an industry standard and holds four national invention patents. Her research has led to the development of two new veterinary drugs (ranking third) and technology transfer valued at 27.6 million yuan.
