一、个人简历

张艳，1987年03月生，上海市徐汇区人，博士，硕士生导师，副研究员。

长期从事食源性病原遗传演化和生物信息学分析方向的研究，构建了毕氏肠微孢子虫风险预警网络数据库和针对不同病原的遗传演化分组聚类的分析平台，正在完善病原全基因组分析体系等。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金、国际交流计划引进项目和中国博士后基金面上项目共3项。在《Advances in Parasitology》《Frontiers in Microbiology》《BMC Microbiology》《vaccines》等国内外发表论文17篇，其中SCI论文14篇，出版英文专著1部（第二作者）。
