一、个人简历
刘长龙,博士,博士生导师,猪病毒性繁殖障碍疫病防控技术研究团队科研骨干,上海市“浦江人才计划(A类)”,中国农业科学院“青年英才”入选者,Frontiers in Microbiology杂志编委。
长期从事动物病毒及其分子生物学方向的研究,主要以猪流行性腹泻病毒和非洲猪瘟病毒为主要研究对象,利用猪组织类器官,基因编辑,全基因组CRISPR/Cas9遗传筛选,转录组学机器学习以及各种组学技术并结合细胞生化、反向遗传等手段来深入研究病毒与宿主相互作用,发掘参与病毒复制的宿主因子及其作用机制,探索病毒的致病和免疫机制,并针对生产实际和产业需求,开展疫苗、抗病毒药物研发。共发表SCI文章20余篇,以第一作者和通讯作者在PNAS,Cancer Research,Viruses,Virus Research等发表多篇SCI论文。获得国家发明专利2项,美国专利1项。
