一、个人简历
孙英杰,博士,研究员,博士生导师,现任禽病研究室副主任、上海兽医研究所团委书记,入选中国农业科学院青年英才、领军人才(B类)计划,上海领军人才“后备队”。担任国际期刊CIMID编委,病毒学报编委,中国畜牧兽医学会动物传染病学分会青年学者专业组委员。
长期从事新城疫病毒和其他家禽重要病毒分子致病机制方向的研究。筛选家禽重要病毒感染宿主关键因子及抗病毒靶点,探明宿主代谢与免疫在家禽重要病毒感染中的作用,探索新型广谱抗病毒策略,为禽病防控和高效细胞疫苗的制备提供理论支撑。主持国家和省部级项目7项。以第一或通讯作者在《mBio》、《Plos Pathogens》、《iScience》、《Journal of Virology》、《FASEB Journal》等国内外发表论文25篇,其中SCI论文15篇,获专利4件。
