一、个人简历
廖瑛,女,2007年获新加坡南洋理工大学博士学位。现任中国农业科学院上海兽医研究所研究员、博士生导师、家禽病毒病监测预警和防控团队首席科学家。担任中国畜牧兽医学会第十届禽病学会理事、上海农业系统知识分子联谊会理事、Frontiers in Veterinary Science, section Veterinary Infectious Diseases客座编委、Frontiers in Microbiology特邀客座主编、“病毒学报”第七届编委等,入选2015-2018年中国农业科学院青年英才、2020年闵行领军人才、上海领军人才后备人选等。
长期从事动物冠状病毒和新城疫病毒的研究,主要研究方向包括病毒分子病原学、病毒和宿主细胞相互作用、免疫逃逸和致病机制、流行传播规律、重组突变、组织嗜性的改变和跨物种传播机制、利用反向遗传克隆技术研发家禽病毒病载体疫苗等。主持国家级项目5项、地方项目5项,培养博士生6名、硕士生17名。在 Plos Pathogens, Journal of Virology, Cell Death & Disease, Journal of I mmunology, Fron tiers in Microbiology, Virology, Viruses, Veterinary Research, Journal of General Virology,Oncotarget, FEBS letter, BBRC, 病毒学报,中国动物传染病学报等国内外病毒学权威期刊发表论文70多篇,其中SCI论文50多篇,出版专著《家禽呼吸道疾病》一部(参编)。
