一、个人简历
廖瑛,女,1975年出生,博士,研究员,博士生导师。现任中国农业科学院上海兽医研究所家禽病毒病监测预警和防控团队首席科学家。1997年本科毕业于华东师范大学生物系,2007年获新加坡南洋理工大学博士学位。2007年至2014年先后在新加坡南洋理工大学及新加坡科技研究局(A*STAR)从事博士后研究,2014年加入上海兽医研究所。现任中国畜牧兽医学会禽病学分会第十一届理事会理事、中国畜牧兽医学会公共卫生学分会第四届理事会理事、上海农业系统知识分子联谊会理事、Frontiers in Veterinary Science, section Veterinary Infectious Diseases客座编委、Frontiers in Microbiology特邀客座主编、“病毒学报”第七届编委。入选2015-2018年中国农业科学院青年英才、2020-2023年闵行领军人才、上海领军人才后备人选等。
长期致力于以禽传染性支气管炎病毒(IBV)为代表的动物冠状病毒基础与应用研究。研究方向涵盖冠状病毒生活周期、病毒-宿主相互作用、免疫逃逸和致病机制、流行传播规律、组织嗜性与跨物种传播、毒力进化及反向遗传操作系统;同时开展IBV疫苗研发等应用研究。主持科技部十三五项目课题、十四五项目子课题、国家自然科学基金面上项目、上海市自然科学基金项目及中国农业科学院创新工程等多项科研任务。已在PLoS Pathogens, Journal of Virology, Cell Death & Diseases, Journal of Immunology, Virology, Viruses, Veterinary Research, Journal of General Virology, Vaccine. FEBS Letters, BBRC等国际学术期刊发表论文50余篇。已培养博士研究生和硕士研究生近三十名。
