一、个人简介
邓磊,博士,所聘研究员,国家级海外引进青年人才,上海市浦江人才。 2018 – 2021年获得四川农业大学和新加坡国立大学联合培养博士学位。2021 – 2025年先后在新加坡国立大学和哈佛大学医学院进行博士后研究。2025年4月加入中国农业科学院上海兽医研究所,聘为所级青年英才。主要从事肠道微生物与宿主黏膜免疫互作机制研究,近年来在“肠道菌群–代谢物–免疫轴”调控机制研究方面取得了一系列创新性成果,以第一作者或通讯作者在 The Lancet Microbe(2025)、Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy(2025)、Advanced Sciences(2025)、Gut Microbes(2024)、Theranostics(2023)、NPJ Biofilms and Microbiomes(2023)、Cellular and Molecular Life Sciences(2022)、Plos Pathogens(2021)等国际权威期刊发表多篇论文。入选斯坦福大学和爱思唯尔全球前 2% 顶尖科学家榜单,担任iMeta、Research、Med Research、Cell Proliferation等国际期刊青年编委。主持国家海外高层次引才项目、国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目(C类)、上海市农业科技创新重点研发项目、中央级公益性科研院所基本科研业务费专项资金项目等。
