The Key Laboratory of Animal Biosecurity Risk Early Warning, Prevention and Control (North) of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs has been established since January 2022, mainly carrying out research on theoretical and policy innovation of biosecurity risk prevention and control, building a biosecurity scientific database, establishing an early warning and traceability system for agricultural digital intelligence biosecurity risks, analyzing the basic laws of pre-disaster transmission and spread of animal biosecurity risk factors, establishing a strategic think tank, carrying out strategic and policy research, and providing research for major animal diseases, high-risk zoonoses, The monitoring and early warning, transmission interruption and product research and development of animal exotic diseases and bacterial drug resistance lay theoretical and technical support to provide decision-making guarantee for national biosecurity. Based on the common technologies for the prevention and control of agricultural biosecurity risks, with the core concepts of "early treatment and treatment of small ones" and "moving the threshold forward", combined with the urgent needs and technical measures available for agricultural biosecurity risk prevention and control at this stage, using risk assessment methods such as big data analysis, risk matrix method, and risk analysis, combined with molecular biology, analytical chemistry, informatics, artificial intelligence and other means, promote the construction of biosecurity databases and establish biosecurity risk early warning models.
