Secretary of the Party Committee/Deputy Director

Prof.Xuesong Han obtained a doctoral degree in Agriculture from China Agricultural University in 1999. From July 1999 to July 2003, Prof. Han worked in the Feed and Grass Research Office of the Institute of Animal Husbandry, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. From August 2003 to October 2012, he served as the Deputy Director and Director of the Comprehensive Department of Beijing Institute of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. From December 2011 to October 2020, he served as the Deputy Director of Beijing Institute of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. From July 2017 to September 2020, Prof. Han served as a member of the Party Committee and Vice President of the Xinjiang Academy of Animal Husbandry Sciences (assisting Xinjiang). In November 2020, he was appointed as the Secretary of the Party Committee of Shanghai Veterinary Research Institute, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and in December 2020, he was appointed as the Deputy Director of SHVRI, CAAS.
