一、个人简历

单同领,博士,研究员,博士生导师,猪病毒性繁殖障碍疫病防控技术研究团队科研骨干,猪传染病研究室副主任,野生动物生物安全管控国家创新联盟副理事长,中国微生物学会兽医微生物学专业委员会青年委员,Frontiers in Veterinary Science、BMC Veterinary Research、Frontiers in Public Health和Frontiers in Medicine等杂志编委,入选上海市领军人才“预备队”培养计划,获得上海市人才发展资金资助,中国农业科学院所级青年英才,中国农业科学院脱贫攻坚和乡村振兴先进个人。

长期从事新发病毒和冠状病毒的基础和应用研究;主持国家重点研发计划课题和国家自然科学基金等10余项(累计经费1200余万元);在《Microbiome》、《Autophagy》、《Science of the Total Environment》、《Emerging infection Disease》、《Microbiology Spectrum》、《Journal of Virology》和《Journal of Biological Chemistry》等国际主流期刊发表SCI论文80余篇,其中第一或通信作者SCI论文40余篇(累计IF > 220),单篇他引230余次;获批兽医生物制品临床试验批件1项,授权发明专利4项,已经成果转化。培养研究生10余名,其中多名硕士研究生以第一作者在《Autophagy》、《Journal of Virology》、《Microbiology Spectrum》和《Journal of Biological Chemistry》等主流SCI期刊发表论文。
